EHSCompare

EHSCompare is a web-based product selection tool for Environmental, Health and Safety domain. This tool allows users to review EH&S products before purchasing them. Using this tool users can, research, compare and evaluate software solutions at different levels and match their requirements with a knowledge base of software systems.

Testing of BREEZE HEXDAM/VEXDAM Version 6.0.0

BREEZE HEXDAM/VEXDAM Version 6.0.0 are tools used for modeling explosions. Breeze HEXDAM SUITE is used for modeling high-explosive explosions such as TNT and Breeze VEXDAM SUITE is used for modeling explosions of chemical vapor clouds such as natural gas.

Intrack Inc. conducted technical and domain functionality tests for BREEZE HEXDAM/VEXDAM Version 6.0.0. For technical functionality, Intrack carried out tests related to operating system compatibility (For Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows NT), user-friendliness of interface and features. For domain functionality tests were carried out to check accuracy of modeling results and reports generated based on input parameters and algorithms.

Confidential Client

This client-server application captures, reviews, edits and migrates data related to Air/Water. Intrack Inc. added an Inventory module to this application. This module captures inventory data from client systems, presents data to users for reviewing/editing and migrates it to Essential Technologies PlantWare EH&S database.

Confidential client - Web Interface and Reporting

In this project, Intrack Inc. has provided web-based data entry screens to facilitate manual data entry into EIMS Solution (database). These web screens provide sites that do not have all the data systems ability to capture manual data points. These screens also provide sites with mechanism to capture data that resides outside existing data process systems. In addition reports are generated from Ops Environmental.

Palm Expense Report

Palm Expense Report application enables companies to track expense details of their employees. This application provides expense details by keeping track of employees, projects, departments, functions, types and currency. By entering expense details related to a project and performing hotsync, data can be transferred to a PC in dbase format and exported as Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. This application can be configured for each employee.

Tool Inventory Management System

Tool Inventory Management System is a PDA application, which streamlines inventory tracking and improves item accountability. Status of tools can be known by specifying employee name or employee id. Users can synchronize PC data with Palm Pilot and vice versa.

Asset Management System (AMS)

Asset Management System is a web-based and Pocket PC enabled application, which streamlines asset tracking and improves item accountability. As a web-based application AMS is used to store asset information, print reports, sync with Pocket PC and export to MDB/CSV files. As a Pocket PC application AMS is used to store asset information and identify assets utilizing Bar Code labels and scanners.

Terrain Data Wizard

Terrain Data Wizard is a web-based model-ready geographic data application developed by Intrack Inc. This application allows users to purchase model-ready terrain data from BREEZE for locations worldwide. By providing latitude and longitude of a desired facility (or USGS quad names for US locations) as well as spatial coverage of modeling area, users can get model-ready terrain data files. BREEZE supports several terrain file formats from which terrain elevations can be imported, including USGS 7.5 minute and 1 degree digital elevation model (.dem), UK Ordinance Survey (.ntf) and XYZ (.xyz) file formats. Multiple terrain files can be imported concurrently and users can select which model objects (sources, receptors and buildings) receive elevations from terrain file(s).

EventWeather

EventWeather, promoted by t3, the leaders in Environment, Health and Safety technology is a web-based weather forecasting tool, which forecasts for dates and locations of a user's choice in the United States of America. Weather forecast is based on climatological data for user-selected areas. EventWeather's team of experienced and qualified meteorologists and researchers provides forecasts for up to five years in advance, to help users make informed decisions about holding a wedding, going for a vacation, ski trip, sailing, etc.

Resource Allocation Tool (RAT)

Resource Allocation Tool is a web-based application, designed to schedule tasks with available resources for different projects and its phases by specifying time period, number of hours, percentage task assigned and billing rate. RAT allows users to edit/view scheduled tasks, create new projects, edit existing projects by entering company name, location, project number, project phase, budget allotted, time period and specifying whether a project is open or closed. RAT also has features to generate forecast reports for one month (by date range) and three months, preview schedules by project number and preview resource utilization.

Sales Force Assistant Prototype

Sales Force Assistant is a web-based prototype for sales teams of companies to effectively organize, co-ordinate and track current sales data, project future sales and refer past performance. This allows for authorization of three different levels of people - VP Sales, Regional Sales Manager and Sales Executive. A calendar helps schedule tasks on a weekly and monthly basis. Executives on the move can have access to airline/car rental/restaurant schedules, rates and reservations online. Reports as per YTD and MTD actual sales, graphs and charts can be generated to assess performance. Recruiting feature to search/hire full time/part time employees is also provided.

Client/Server

Confidential Client

This is a client-server application to generate reports. First step of this application, data extraction, involves extracting relevant data from PlantWare 32 database, performing VBA routines needed to alter data or carry out complex calculations and generate electronic submission files required for Emissions Inventory System and Toxic Emissions Data Inventory. Second step, report generation, involves generation of formatted reports (facsimile reports) via Crystal Reports by using filters such as date/quarter.

This client-server application is also web-enabled. Reports generated through the report generation module, saved on the web server, can be viewed in a web browser.
